Barry Lynch

Barry Lynch, is an ordinary man with a rare and proven ability to help people achieve extraordinary results in personal and professional growth. He is the ‘been there, done that guy’, having built multiple 7 figure businesses, he has also built and grown a franchisee network, he now works with people to overcome whats necessary to create that growth.

He is highly motivated and has always being passionate about business. In 1991 he launched his first cleaning business in a franchise organisation Chem-Dry, within the third year I had purchased a second franchise.

In 2000 I sold the Chem Dry business to partner with the Dyno Group franchisee organisation. I subsequently built and coached multiple franchisees in Ireland over the last nineteen years.

Business interests include consulting/coaching/ mentorship, Irish Whiskey & own label brand, Retail, Franchising within the beauty industry, Franchising within the serviced industry, over 50 websites live.

He is now the MD of Paradigm Coaching and a certified Proctor Gallagher Institute consultant facilitating/ coaching various programs like Thinking Into Results, Lead The Field.
